Yeshiva Orchos Chaim
- The challenge associated with this project was the existing school was becoming overcrowded, and they were in need of additional space. They had many temporary trailers set up to accommodate their growing needs.
- This project was a high-pressure project with the customer driving the pace. Since this was a new building, construction delays often occurred and affected the completion schedule.
- We were tasked with installing 18 Rooftop units with VAVs, Controls and all the ductwork we could fabricate for 3 floors of space.
- With a project like this, coordination of all trades are key for a successful project. That is why we have field supervision on the job to be able to pivot if the project requires and to communicate a weekly “look ahead” to the owner and other trades to keep all informed and moving forward.
